Cooper is a four-year-old American pit bull and sheep dog mix. He hasn't had the best of luck finding a forever home as his original owners couldn't keep him, and his current owners have fell on hard times due to the pandemic. Nonetheless Cooper is a happy lovable dog who interacts well with the cats, other dogs and children that he currently lives with.
While he does get along with the animals in his current home he does display dominant behaviors when he comes across other animals he is not familiar with. Cooper will need to be slowly introduced to other animals in the home.
He is bilingual and understands commands in English and Spanish. He is also known to pitch in around the house, often helping with carrying the grocery bags from the car into the house. Cooper is in great health and is neutered.

He loves being with other small dogs (less than 25lbs), but he's scared of bigger dogs. He gets along with cats and birds. He loves people of all kinds including gentle children. He is a healthy playful little boy, has had a full dental cleaning and all his vaccinations. he is shy when meeting new people, but warms up quickly and is very sweet and affectionate. He loves being held and cuddled.
When he came into the rescue, he had mange and was starved and abused. He only weighed 2.5 lbs, but now he is a healthy 6 lbs. Due to the mange, he has permanent hair loss in my back hind area.
Any new mommies or daddies will need to be very careful, as he will run away and not come back if he gets out accidentally. It will take several months before he knows his new home and learn not to run away. A harness with an air tag in it will be included with his adoption. It must be worn until he knows his new home. He hasn't run away from his foster mom’s house.

He's about 30 pounds right now but still has some growing to do, he should grow about another 10 pounds. He is so sweet and loves cuddling but also has a lot of energy and is always on the go! He is incredibly smart, he learned to open doors by jumping up on them. He loves to learn and show off. While he is still learning his manners, he loves playing with toys but he hasn't quite learned that sharing is caring. He is crate trained so he can’t eat anything he's not supposed to while he is unsupervised. (He likes picking up rocks!)
He is not be the best fit for a family with young children since he has a lot of energy and is learning to be gentle. He loves playing all dogs and likes cats as well. You’ll fall in love immediately with his sweet face and all my freckles!

she looks like a pit bull terrier at first glance but her foster mom thinks she's mostly bulldog, she has some energy but low stamina and is ready to cuddle and be a couch potato next to you! She loves people and kids, I love giving kisses so older kids would be better but she can be gentle with younger ones. She likes to have a fluffy cozy blanket to snuggle up in my crate or else she doesn't sleep well, a queen needs her beauty rest! She is being crate trained since she hasn't quite learned what is and isn't a toy, but she will get better as she gets older!
She will be an amazing addition to almost any family and she's the perfect beginner dog for somebody as well. You’ll fall in love immediately once you meet her!! She is fully grown at 2 years old and about 47 pounds.

He loves to cuddle and he's ready to be a lap dog on the couch but still has very important puppy business to do, so sometimes he is on the go! He loves chasing his tail! He is so cute when he gets the zoomies and loves playing with dog friends! He love playing with toys but sometimes he doesn't like to share. He is incredibly smart and learns very fast! He loves dogs and cats. He is crate trained and should be crated when unsupervised since he is still a puppy and is learning the rules so he can be your perfect dog! He is not be the best fit for a family with young children since he has a lot of energy and is learning to be gentle. He truly is part fox somehow, he loves jumping and trying to catch lizards in the bushes! You’ll fall in love with his cute foxy face and sweet personality once you meet him!

Rocky is an energetic pup, who gets along well with children and adults. He loves running around with kids and wears dog clothes like a model. One of his favorite things is lying in his soft dog bed. With proper introductions, he has done well with other dogs.
Already neutered, Rocky is 3 years old and weighs 32 pounds. He is located in San Bernardino, CA.
